I am able to provide open-ended psychotherapy for both Adults and Couples. Where I am passionate in supporting my clients in finding their through life’s difficulties and challenges.

As a Psychodynamic trained therapist, I help clients to understand unconscious processes. While also developing understanding on how early childhood experiences can impact current relationships, behaviours and thinking.

Clinical supervision sessions is available for both trainee and qualified practitioners, in line with the ethical Frameworks.

Supervision for agency and other clinical organisations can also be arranged by request.

Supervision sessions can be held individually or within groups, either face to face or online.

Sessions are available for Child Counselling, for children from 5-18 years old. Where I utilise creative play and cognitive based interventions to explore a wide range of difficulties and challenges.
